Josh Biddy currently serves as the Clerk of Superior Court for Bartow County, bringing more than 20 years of courthouse experience to the role. Elected in 2025, he is dedicated to modernizing court operations, improving public access to records, and upholding transparency and trust within the legal system. As Clerk, Biddy oversees critical real estate filings, court documentation, and public records that directly impact the real estate industry. His leadership ensures that REALTORS® and the community have efficient, accurate access to the services they rely on.
