March Market Brief – NWMAR Highlights
April 24, 2026
In March 2026, the housing market across Bartow and Gordon counties showed stronger sales activity than February, with both markets posting month-over-month and year-over-year gains in homes sold. Inventory also continued to rise across both counties, giving buyers more options as the spring market gained momentum. Pricing trends were mixed, with Bartow County moving higher from last month and last year, while Gordon County saw prices soften compared to both periods. As activity picks up and supply expands, REALTORS® remain well positioned to help buyers and sellers understand shifting conditions across Northwest Metro.
